It is unfortunate that the twenty first century too has started in an environment of hostilities and holocaust. In the post 9/11 world, we find ourselves in what some have called a global human crisis - crisis of humanity. & earth planet.

In the post 9/11 world, we find ourselves in what some have called a global human crisis - crisis of humanity. & earth planet.

Not only you and me from our childhood, but even the most ancient humans have wondered who puts the stars and planets up there in the sky and keeps them in place, who teaches the nightingale to sing, the weaver bird to make a nest, the peacock to dance ? Who paints the glowing rainbow in the sky and creates awesome flowers on earth ? How does a seed hide the blueprint of a huge tree and an embryo has the design of a whole complex future personality - with all the intricate details of looks, features, habits etc. ? What is death - what part of a person dies and what survives ?

"Consider the lilies - how they grow: they toil not, they spin not; and yet I say unto you, that Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these". - Luke 12 : 27.

King Solomon was considered to be very wise. A folktale about his wisdom runs like this :

This poem was written for global unity soon after the 9/11 tragedy. Pun intended !

Here are some questions that often visit a thinking head :

If God is, why does He hide ? Why doesn't He appear before us and reveal the truth ?

If God is good and merciful, and also omnipotent, why is there so much suffering and injustice in the world, especially for people who are good and upright ? Why did the prophets suffer ?

If He is good and kind, but cannot stop this mess, is there another Supreme Being such as Satan / Devil that is more powerful than God, and if yes, who made Satan ?

Prophets, sages, seers and philosophers of all traditions are spiritual scientists. They deliberate upon great questions of existence and our place in the universe, such as: “Where did this infinitely diverse universe come from? Who am I? How do I relate with the universe?” “What is my purpose in life?” etc. The spiritual scientists arrive at an unseen reality, called spirit, underlying the universe. Although in itself invisible, the spirit is immensely visible by its effects. It is the common ground of diverse beings in the universe of the inanimate and the animate.

We live in the midst of one of the greatest transitions in Earth's history. Humanity, having become a planetary force, is now shaping both its own future and the long-term future of millions of species of life. The ecological crisis and increasing poverty, population, hunger and violence are forcing man inevitably to face the realities of the human situation.

Introduction :
The world has been transformed into a global village. Globalization is having a major impact not only on the business world but also on the whole humanity. Global recession, Global warming, climate change, poverty, conflict and violence are challenges that have dominated the first decade of the 21st century.

Society needs transformation towards sustainability and greater harmony and progress. Education is a key source of hope and capacity as we strive towards these goals.
Harmonious Education is the primary agent of transformation towards holistic human development, increasing people’s capacities to transform their visions for society into reality.

We are living in the age of Global crisis – global financial crisis, global Environmental Crisis i.e. Global warming & climate change; Social Crisis, & Cultural Crisis - Crisis of Peace & Sustainability. In the 21st century with the increasing global competitive pressures, breakthroughs in information communication technology, increasing customers expectation and the changing organizational architecture have resulted in the growing needs of global leadership & governance not only in the context of organization but also to individuals and society. There are two main issues of our times in 21st Century:
•How to save the Humanity ? and how to save the earth planet i.e. of management for the future of mankind and management of our planet?.

Becoming spiritual is creating the capacity of subtle perception. Subtle perception is the attribute of relaxed mind free of stress. Patanjali’s term for stress is Klesha; according to him the summit of spiritual (self) realization is achievable only at the total uprooting of Klesas.

Spirit is all inclusive and unitive. Matter on the other hand is all exclusive and separative. Spirit is infinitely subtle and totally imperceptible to the senses or sense related instrumentation while matter on the other hand is susceptible to sense perception and sense related instrumentation. On the surface it seems that the methods that apply to the study of science are not applicable to the study of the spirit.

But let us examine closely what is entailed in the study of spirituality and being spiritual.
