Samarpan Meditation is a spiritual path that could be easily incorporated into our modern life style. It is a truly universal path and is not bound by religion, race, sex or nationality. This knowledge was confined in the past 800 years to the Himalayan caves and now with the wishes of the “Guru Element”, this knowledge is reaching our society. This article will deal with the tenets of Samarpan Meditation.

There are several ways for spiritual development or reaching universal energy or God or Paramatma, and Samarpan Meditation is one such path. It is based on the following principles:

a) God or Paramatma is 'Universal Energy' that is present everywhere;
b) Satguru is the medium of this 'Universal Energy';
c) There is only one religion in the universe and that is the religion of humanity;
d) Non-violence is the true religion; and
e) Complete surrender towards Paramatma is 'Moksha' or 'Liberation'.

The energy of the sages and ascetics who have walked this path exists even today in the universe. These collective energies bestow peace, happiness and spiritual development to those who follow this path.
